Exchanges and returns

We offer our customers the possibility to exchange or return a purchased item, provided that the item has not been used or damaged and that the protective film under the sole has not been removed.

If you wish to exchange or return one or more items, please contact us within 10 working days after having received them, and we will give you all the information on how to proceed.

The shipping fees for the returned goods will be paid by the customer. Once the items have been received in good condition, we will proceed with the exchange or refund, including the amount paid by the customer; However, NOT the initial shipping costs unless there is a manufacturing defect.
